• ‘I started trapeze as a New Year’s resolution, and have thoroughly enjoyed it since. As a dancer I can vouch for the fact that it is a full body work out, and I have noticed great improvements to my upper body and core strength in a short space of time. Martha is a knowledgeable and encouraging teacher, blessed with lots of patience! I would recommend her classes to anyone who prefers a challenging and unique way of working out.’ Sarah Campbell-Jones
• ‘I love learning new moves and skills, it’s hard work giving you a total body work out whether you’re a total beginner like me or we’ll on your way to becoming the next trapeze master! Highly recommend it!’ Lauren Bolton
• ‘I’ve studied aerial arts for some time and can vouch that Martha is one of the best tutors around, she takes beginners and those with more experience alike and has everyone doing moves they didn’t think possible!’ Edward Lee Swift
Remember to wear comfortable clothing that covers your legs but you can move easily in. Loose fitting clothing can get tangled so its best to wear fitted clothing and a top that can be tucked in or will not ride up when you are hanging upside down. Leggings or tights with shorts and a vest top is ideal.
